A member of the United States Tennis Association since 2004, Alexander Soyars works as a tennis pro with Sportime & Fitness Club in East Quogue, New York. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing tennis instruction to adolescent and adult club members in the junior and adult tennis programs. In addition to planning lessons that explore game strategy, technique, and sportsmanship, he evaluates players’ performance and offers constructive feedback. Alexander Soyars joined Sportime and Fitness Club in 2020.

A graduate of Southampton High School, Mr. Soyars played varsity baseball all four years and was named to the All-County team his junior and senior years. He was also a Suffolk County Youth Hockey All-Star player for five consecutive years. He maintains an interest in all aspects of personal training and continues to play hockey, tennis, and baseball.

Mr. Soyars also pursues other sporting endeavors such as basketball, football and open ocean swimming.
